Front upper-bar aluminum profile extrusion press
The front‑feeding bar‑handling aluminum extrusion press features a rod‑feeding mechanism positioned at the front of the ingot holder. Equipped with servo drive and a high‑precision positioning system, it ensures smooth rod conveyance and precise alignment during loading, effectively preventing impacts and surface scratches on the aluminum bars and minimizing scrap generation. It is well suited for a wide range of industrial profiles as well as applications requiring high‑precision extruded sections.
Standard model with long stroke
A standard model with a long-stroke fixed extrusion ram, featuring a mature and robust design, highly interchangeable components, simple and intuitive operation, and a sophisticated, reliable control system. It is well-suited to the vast majority of conventional aluminum profile production applications and offers exceptional value for money.
Short-stroke aluminum extrusion press with a moving ram
The short‑stroke, moving‑ram aluminum extrusion press features an extrusion stroke that is only half that of a conventional long‑stroke aluminum extrusion press. As a result, the overall machine frame is shorter and occupies less floor space. Extrusion presses with a capacity of 1,800 tons or more and a short stroke are equipped with an Italian‑technology top‑bar handling robot. This model aligns with international standards, has earned consistent praise from our overseas customers, and is now gradually gaining acceptance in the domestic market.
Seamless extrusion of aluminum profiles
Indirect extrusion is suitable for manufacturing cemented carbide components, such as parts used in transportation equipment. Because indirect extrusion allows both the billet container and the extrusion ram to move simultaneously during the process, it enables uniform metal flow with minimal friction between the billet container and the aluminum billet.
