Production management is conducted in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Scientific methodologies and rigorous quality inspections ensure product quality.

1. Raw materials are inspected at the factory using ultrasonic testing and other inspection methods to ensure that products meet the company’s manufacturing process standards and customers’ quality requirements.

2. Conduct machining quality inspections in strict accordance with the dimensions and tolerances specified in the drawings to prevent nonconforming products from proceeding to the next operation.

3. Prior to shipment, conduct inspections to verify that the equipment meets the company’s standards and the customer’s requirements, and perform component checks as well as functional testing of the complete unit.

Jingtai covers an area of approximately 5,000 m², employs over 150 staff members, and boasts a maximum annual output of 200 units.
Furthermore, we possess over 50 pieces of diverse machining and assembly equipment, including CNC machines, gantry milling machines, drilling machines, sawing machines, grinders, conventional lathes, CNC lathes, vertical lathes, plate shears, pipe bending machines, wire EDM machines, and more.
The equipment manufacturing workshop comprises several sections, including cutting, welding, assembly, painting, machining, and electrical work. It is capable of completing the fabrication, assembly, and commissioning of extrusion presses ranging from 500 to 7,500 tons, across various models, all within the facility.
